This week we caught up with our one of our Victorian Site Supervisors , Lain Genovesi.

Position: HL Site Supervisor
How long have you worked for HL?: First time was for one year in Sydney and now since Easter in Melbourne
What projects are you currently working on at the moment for HL?: The western road upgrade which includes Leakes Road, Derrimut Road and Forsyth Road.
What do you mainly do on a day to day basis with HL?: I mostly organise subcontractors, order materials and liaise with clients.
What do you most like about working for HL?: The comradery between the guys.
What’s the best part about your job?: Looking back at the end of a job and knowing you had a hand in building that project.
What made you get into the landscape industry?: I have always enjoyed being outside and in the backyard so it was an easy move.
What movie title best describes you?: The Fast and the Furious!
If you could add one luxury item to work utes, what would it be?: a TV!
