The M12 Central package formed part of the new M12 Motorway, a major infrastructure project designed to provide direct access to Western Sydney International Airport at Badgerys Creek and improve connections across the Western Sydney road network.

The central section covered approximately 7.5 kilometres between east of Badgerys Creek and Duff Road, Cecil Park, within the Western Sydney Parklands. The broader works included a new motorway connection, bridges, shared path infrastructure and green areas to support improved transport, access and long-term regional growth.

HL Landscapes worked within the requirements of a large-scale civil infrastructure environment, coordinating with Seymour Whyte and other project stakeholders to deliver landscape outcomes safely, efficiently and in line with the project program.

Our scope included soil installation, mulch placement, planting, turfing, irrigation, revegetation, erosion control, establishment watering or maintenance.

The M12 Central package reflected HL Landscapes’ capability in delivering landscape works on complex road infrastructure projects, where safety, coordination, quality and practical problem-solving were critical to successful delivery.
