The Gusbus Project involved the supply and installation of over 69,000 plants, 10,000 m² of grass seeding, the supply and installation of 35,000 m² of planting media (site and off site solil), supply and installation of 130,000 m² of mulch and over 7,000 m² of erosion control matting. Early consultation saved the client over $2 million during construction
HL Landscapes worked extensively with both Lend Lease and RMS to ensure all plants and seed species were carefully chosen to suit the local conditions. With over $2 million square metres of seeding works and over 750,000 plants, there was no room for error.
HL Landscapes undertook a full design review for the client at the initial stage of the project. They were able to implement several major savings without affecting the overall design concept of the project.
