“The Ninth” Retirement Village, QLD

HL is excited to be partnering with McNab on delivering the landscaping works to the “The Ninth” Retirement Village in Toowoomba.

Located at Toowoomba Golf Club, the Ninth Middle Ridge will have 85 independent living units over three separate low-rise buildings, with a mix of two, three and four bedroom apartments. Designed by multi-award-winning Cox Architecture, the village will feature an unmatched level of community facilities including a gym, billiards area, wine room, library, craft room, lounge, multipurpose function room and outdoor entertaining and barbeque areas. Our scope includes the supply and installation of feature podium planting beds, planting of shrubs and advanced trees, pedestrian gravel pathways, turf and irrigation.

With completion due late August, HL is looking to forward to seeing the final touches being installed to this fantastic project for the new residents to enjoy.
