David has over 45 years of experience as Managing Director of a Civil Landscape Construction company and was the founding member and president of the NSW and Australian Landscape associations.

As a Senior Manager, Scott is involved in all levels of construction to ensure projects are delivered on time and budget, whilst upholding HL Landscapes high safety and quality expectations. He has excellent communication skills with clients, staff members and suppliers which assist in ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently from start to finish
Jeremy has been working in the residential, commercial and civil landscape industries for over 18 years, across both
New Zealand and Australia. He has been involved in some of the largest landscape projects in New Zealand. Firstly as an on-site staff member to operational management thru to branch / regional management and has extensive knowledge of all aspects of landscape construction from understanding plant and tree husbandry to hard landscaping structures both vertical and horizontal.
Chris has worked within the landscape and construction industry for over 20 years. Starting as a labourer whilst studying Horticulture at TAFE, he has been successful in winning landscape contracts in excess of $40 million across Australia.
Chris’s attention to detail and methodical approach to pricing projects is one of his key strengths and is something that often brings repeat clients.
Tom has extensive experience on large scale projects in both hard and soft landscape construction delivery. As a manager with hands on experience and as a Contracts Administrator and Estimator, he has a broad range of skills and diverse knowledge of landscape construction which allows him to provide our clients with the confidence of knowing quality is at the forefront of HL’s delivery
Dominic has been building strong relationships in the commercial landscape and maintenance industry for over 20 years. He has worked across the education, government, aged care and commercial/industrial sectors, as well as working across the 3 eastern states of Australia and the United Kingdom. Dominic oversees the landscape
maintenance of all NSW and ACT sites.
With over 30 years’ experience in commercial and civil landscape maintenance as well as civil and commercial landscape construction, Tony has successfully delivered an extensive and varied range of Contract Landscape Maintenance Projects. Tony has been instrumental in the delivery of numerous large-scale infrastructure projects throughout QLD
Michael Bennett has a strong commitment to understanding clients requests and expectations. A solid background in project management, horticulture and turf management has allowed him to provide a realistic and thoughtful approach to any project while delivering successful, quality outcomes. He is dedicated to developing strong relationships, trust and personal growth.
Lachlan is a landscape professional with over 20 years of experience in design, construction, estimating and project management of public open spaces, civil and commercial landscape projects.
As a qualified Landscape Architect Lachlan has a keen eye for detail and a good understanding of clients’ needs and desired project outcomes. Lachlan possesses technical skills in estimation software, CAD and Adobe suite applications.
Lyndon has over 10 years experience in the landscape industry and brings his on-site knowledge into the estimating office. He has worked on significant landscape projects across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. Lyndon knows how to price projects because he has built them from scratch himself
Troy has been working in the finance sector for over 20 years and bring a wealth of knowledge to the HL Landscapes team. Working with Finance and Business Advisory companies, Troy is able to provide industry insights and external experience into the real-world environment of construction, in particular, Tier 1 and Government sectors.
